This footbridge was a fun texture project.  For the railings, I began by reshaping the railings with a chisel and draw knife to give them a more organic shape, then covered them in cheesecloth to give an impression of roughness and grain.  The stones of the facing were created by stapling crumpled muslin to the faces and wrapping over that with more cheesecloth.
